The village of Ingham is serviced by leading supermarket. It is therefore possible for you to place an order before your departure, to be delivered to 33 The Green on your arrival. The delivery address for placing orders is 33 The Green, Ingham, Lincoln, LN1 2XT.

We ask you to advise us if you will be expecting a delivery. We also ask that you do not request delivery before 6.00 p.m.
Ingham has a general store and off licences. In your guest information pack located in the property you will find a comprehensive list of places to shop and dine out in the locality.


The cottage is cleaned between lets so all you need to do on arrival is unpack and put the kettle on. A welcome pack awaits you with a few basic essentials to get your stay off to a good start.
There is no extra charge for cleaning unless extra, heavy cleaning is required after you leave, or if the property and its contents are not left as you found them.


Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge.


There is no additional charge for electricity, gas, heating, water or other fuels. (but excessive use will be charged for)


The cottage has a television that receives Freeview channels and a DVD player.


Gas appliances in UK properties, by law, have to be installed and maintained by CORGI registered engineers. A copy of the installation and service certificates are available on request.


Unfortunately, we are not able to welcome pets to the cottage, however, registered guide and support dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments are allowed in the property even though the description states that pets are not allowed.

Guests with allergies should be aware that we cannot guarantee that a registered guide and/or support dog has not stayed in the property, nor can we accept liability for any suffering which may occur as a result of such animals having been present.


The Old Dairy is a non‐smoking property. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. If evidence of smoking is found a charge of £200 will be made to cover cleaning and refurbishment costs, an invoice for the costs will be issued to the lead guest and they will be responsible for the payment.

Electric Gate fob deposit

The driveway leading to the property is via electric gates. On arrival we request a £30.00 deposit for each electric gate fob that is required; this deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay providing the fob/s are returned in full working order
