This location makes an ideal base for touring the county. 8 miles north of the historic city of Lincoln and only 5 minutes drive away from The Lincolnshire Show Ground / Epic centre which hosts many national and international events including the annual Lincolnshire show in June.
The Old Dairy Barn
The Old Dairy Barn is a beautifully newly converted Listed Grade 2 Listed Lincolnshire Limestone barn, a former milking parlour and granary dating from 1850 and is finished to a high standard incorporating old and contemporary features.
The barn stands in its own private courtyard, within the owner’s boundary, situated in the centre of this idyllic north Lincolnshire village.
We offer spacious luxury accommodation, for up to six people (4 + 2) and a homely feel.
On arrival you will find a basket of complementary local produce to welcome you including traditional Lincolnshire Plum Bread, real ales and chesses and other samples of our area.
Ingham Village
The Village of Ingham is located at the foot of the Western Scarp of the Lincolnshire Edge, known as The Cliff. Ingham has its origins in the Anglo-Saxon period around 500ad, also mentioned in the Doomsday Book, and is now a conservation village with several listed buildings.
It also boasts the second largest village green in the county and has won many Best Kept Village Competition.
It offers a general store & off licence, playing field Children’s park, a choice of two typical country pubs which serve locally brewed beers, and award winning home cooked food at the Inn on the Green which is a main Listing in the Good Pub Guide Recommended 2007/08/09/10.

Lincolnshire Show 2012
The barn is situated only 3 miles from the Lincolnshire Showground - home of the Lincolnshire Show. Lincoln Christmas Market
This year the Lincoln Christmas Market will be held on the 6th - 9th December .
The Old Dairy Barn is based just 8 miles from Lincoln and is an ideal base to stay when visiting the Christmas Market.
